Drawing on a 30-year career in transportation, Keiser will lead strategic growth for Terracon teams across the country. As a leader in the industry, Keiser serves professionally with the Intelligent Transportation Society, Women’s Transportation Seminar, Institute of Transportation Engineers, and American Council of Engineering Companies.
After earning a degree in civil engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, Keiser attended Texas A&M University, graduating with a master’s degree in civil engineering. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and is a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.
