MILWAUKEE, WI — Throughout the summer of 2019, Seiler Instrument continued their tradition of hosting open houses and customer appreciation days at their locations throughout the Midwest. Seiler’s Geospatial and CAD staff, along with several vendor representatives from Trimble, Spectra Precision, Autodesk and more were on hand at locations in St. Louis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Detroit, Omaha and Indianapolis for these events.

Demos on all the latest Trimble, Spectra, Laser Technology, GeoSLAM, DJI, Delair and other drone technology were offered during the day, as well as food, give-a-ways and the chance to win a prize that was awarded hourly. Presentations at the different locations included “What’s New with Trimble Mapping Hardware/Esri Apps”, CAD, Emerging Tech, Mapping/GIS and Surveying.

CEO and President Rick Seiler and Executive Vice President, Tom Seiler were on hand to greet attendees and thank them for coming.

“We like to host our customer/partners and show off our technology,” Tom said, “and help our partners with new Geospatial solutions that will impact their lives in a positive way.”

In addition to the products that Seiler Instrument has offered through the years, Tom also talked about the new equipment that was on display at the open houses.

“We have new LiDAR equipment and new GeoSLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) equipment, which basically is really high-speed and easy-to-use scanning for interior spaces, and now also on drones for exterior spaces,” he said.
