Lloyd has more than 40 years of wastewater systems engineering experience, the last 19 years of which have been with Fuss & O’Neill. He has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s water and natural resources business line and in guiding company culture and processes. Lloyd has helped his clients achieve millions of dollars of funding for quality of life and economic development projects in New England. He serves as a mentor to junior staff and manages many of the firm’s large water improvement projects.
Lloyd has been a member of NEWEA since 1985 and has served the organization in numerous capacities, including his current role as President Elect. NEWEA is a volunteer organization that has made it their mission to advance knowledge and innovation to promote water quality in New England’s water environment.
