BOSTON, MA — The Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGC MA) announces the 2025 Future Builders Mentorship Program. Future Builders is an eight-session curriculum-based mentorship course for high school juniors interested in professional careers in construction management. Students participate in weekly design and build activities and construction presentations that develop technical and problem-solving skills. Classes are taught by practicing industry professionals.
The 2025 Future Builders Mentorship Program is offered at Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School in Upton, Massachusetts; Blue Hills Regional Technical School in Canton, Massachusetts; Madison Park Vocational Technical High School in Boston, Massachusetts; Worcester Technical High School in Worcester, Massachusetts; and virtually. It features guest speakers and field trips, and program participants are eligible to apply for training programs and college scholarships and to receive special recognition and career development opportunities.
