Throughout his 26-year career at VHB, Fenstermacher has managed on-call contracts with long-term clients and multidisciplinary teams, and he has helped advance complex land planning, design, and construction projects for private and public-sector clients across the region. Fenstermacher has also provided site/civil design and permitting support on several energy projects throughout New England.
In addition to advancing client expansion plans and repositioning existing assets, Fenstermacher's experience has included providing civil engineering design services for the new Gordon Center for Creative and Performing Arts building at Colby College in Maine; leading the design for a 250-unit multi-family residential project for Saxon Properties as well as a 600-student housing bed project for Dartmouth College in Lebanon, New Hampshire; and supporting CVS on their program expansion in Northern New England.

Fenstermacher is a graduate of Virginia Polytech Institute and State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine.
