MILFORD, MA —  Consigli Construction Co., Inc. announces that Sustainability Manager Steven Burke earned his Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) certification. Coupled with his LEED and WELL Faculty designations, Burke is now one of two employees in the world to have all three certifications. There are only two other commercial builders in the U.S. that have a CPHC on staff.

“Discussions around making a building more sustainable should begin in the early ideation phase of any project, which is why it’s essential to have a design mindset within the construction management industry,” Burke said. “With these credentials, clients will know that every feature of their projects is ecologically efficient and built to positively impact the environment.”

The CPHC certification is a rigorous course in passive house building and design training to help architectural, engineering, and construction industry professionals to help buildings to be more energy-efficient.
