DALLAS, TX — Structure Tone Southwest has hired two senior aviation construction experts to help the firm manage its growing portfolio of airport projects.
With more than two decades of experience in aviation and infrastructure construction, James Dean has managed complex, multi-million-dollar programs for major airports across the country. His background includes senior leadership roles with both the Houston Airport System and national aviation construction groups, where he oversaw terminal improvements, airside and landside development, operational upgrades, and long-range capital planning. He has collaborated extensively with executive-level stakeholders at major airport authorities and airline partners, delivering projects that meet strict operational, regulatory, and budget requirements.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management from the University of Houston and remains active in several industry organizations, including Airport Council International and the America Association of Airport Executives.
