AUSTIN, TX — White Construction Company, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary, is poised for growth in its four regional offices. The company recently named two Regional Directors in Texas that will usher the firm into its second half-century:

Rob Baugher is Senior Vice President - Regional Director in Austin, Texas. He began his journey at White Construction Company in 1995 as a Field Engineer. He advanced quickly to Project Manager and has continued his path to his current position as Senior Vice President. Baugher has 32 years of construction experience with notable projects including, NI Headquarters Campus, SHI Corporation, Inc., SailPoint Technologies, Paragon Outlet Malls, and Westminster Manor. He attended Texas A&M University and received his Bachelor of Science in building construction.

Jim Snyder is Senior Vice President - Regional Director in Houston, Texas. He started working in construction during high school and used his construction experience to help fund his education at Texas A&M University. Snyder's portfolio includes public and private sector construction and design-build projects. He has 45 years of construction experience with notable projects including, Whole Foods Market (multiple projects), Sam Houston State University (multiple projects), The Delaney at South Shore Harbor, and Liberty County Sheriff’s Office & Annex.

Several managers have been promoted to support future growth corporate-wide: Gary Jones, Vice President of Information Technology; Rick Andrews, Director of Estimating; and Morgan Pare, Marketing Manager.
