AUSTIN, TX — Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) promotes Eric Churchill to Vice President of Central Texas. Churchill takes on this role less than two years after joining AP as Central Texas Business Development Director.

In his new position, Churchill works with regional leadership to provide direction and drive AP’s Central Texas expansion efforts. To that end, he is also responsible for all business development efforts, including setting and executing Central Texas revenue and profit goals.

Armed with more than three decades of professional business development experience, Churchill increased AP’s Central Texas region revenue in his two years in the role and is projected to nearly triple revenue growth in 2024. He also diligently diversified AP’s client base by pursuing and obtaining business in the educational, health care, multifamily, office, and mission-critical sectors.

"Eric has truly excelled during his time at AP’s Central Texas office, where he has put this office on an upward trajectory,” said Will Pender, AP Regional President. “He often wears multiple hats and has succeeded in his business development role, providing guidance and support across our various Texas offices. I cannot wait to see how Eric will lead and continue his strong leadership as Vice President of Central Texas.”

A Texas A&M graduate, Churchill serves on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Management Committee, ULI Austin Advisory Board, ULI Sponsorship Chair and Programs Committee, and the ULI Austin P3 Local Member Council. He is affiliated with the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and serves on the RECA Programs Committee. He is also involved with the Society for Marketing Professional Services Austin Chapter, which honored him with its inaugural leadership award.

“I have had a great year and a half at AP’s Central Texas office, and I am incredibly honored for this new leadership opportunity to help spearhead the office’s continued growth,” Churchill said. “Our prospects are significant across many market sectors, and I look forward to bringing them to fruition.”
