DALLAS, TX — McGough, a nationwide construction firm, developer, and facilities manager, continues to expand its presence in Texas, and the company announces two key leadership promotions in the South Central region. Roman Buckner has been promoted to Vice President - South Central Region, and Ryan Murgo has been named General Manager - Dallas.

Since joining McGough in 2018, Buckner has been a driving force behind the company’s expansion in Texas, playing a key role in securing and delivering McGough Dallas’ first projects. His leadership helped establish the office’s foundation, setting the stage for its continued growth and success. As Vice President, he will oversee strategic initiatives and further strengthen McGough’s position in the South Central market.

Murgo, who also joined McGough in 2018, has been a critical part of the Dallas office’s success. Under his leadership, the team has delivered projects, built partnerships, and helped fuel the office’s growth. As General Manager - Dallas, he will continue to lead operations and drive new opportunities in the market.
