With nearly two decades of experience, McCall has worked with utilities, municipalities, developers, and federal clients to deliver projects on-time and under-budget. He has managed nearly $300 million in projects supporting clients on more than $3 billion in capital expenditures in the electrical and gas transmission and distribution industry.

He previously served as a Regional Projects Manager, leading 18 project and program managers. McCall coordinated and oversaw project management practices for the group, including the execution of plans, budgets, procurement, sales, and construction.

McCall is a member of the Western Energy Institute, American Society of Civil Engineers, California Municipal Utilities Association, and the Project Management Institute. He has a master’s degree in engineering management from Kansas State University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University.
