Pratt began his career in the field as an Apprentice/Journeyman Lineman for Pacific Gas and Electric. His expertise spans all aspects of the electric utility, engineering consulting, business development, construction, and energy industries. Prior to joining Primoris, Pratt served as a Senior Vice President of Operations with MasTec, and he has held management and technical roles at Quanta, RES, HDR, and SMUD.

Pratt holds a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration from Sacramento State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a licensed General Contractor and Master Electrician.
