Comprised of 231,172 square feet of rentable space, units range from 629 to 1,400 square feet in studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, some with street facing entry. Holland Partner Group will dedicate 11 apartment units as median-income affordable housing. Key apartment highlights include custom-finish packages, keyless entry, Nest thermostats, LED lit vanity mirrors, soft close drawers and cabinets, in-home full-size washer and dryer, high end kitchen counters and appliances, solar mesh roller shades, soaking tubs, and large balconies and windows offering natural light and views.

MVE and Holland Partner Group worked with landscape architect LRM and interior design firm Arial Fox on the project. Other mixed-use and residential projects by MVE include One Museum Square, a 296,000-square-foot high-rise apartment community in Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile; a six-story, 490-unit mixed-use community in Los Angeles’ Korea Town; a 2.45-acre, 375-unit mixed-use project on the San Pedro harbor front; and an eight-story, mixed-use community in the Sugar House District of Salt Lake City.
