Throughout his 28-year career, Ceniceros has established himself as an expert in the adaptive reuse of commercial and historic structures into research and manufacturing facilities. Ceniceros’ work encompasses a range of projects, including higher education research and learning environments, bio-pharmaceutical facilities, biomedical R&D laboratories, commercial R&D facilities, manufacturing facilities, and engineering laboratories.
“A successful project should inspire innovation and collaboration for its occupants while embracing its location and context,” said Ceniceros, who is particularly interested in the growth of the life sciences community in California and the promotion of sustainability within that industry.
“Enrique’s experience and technical expertise are critical to the success of our S&T Studio,” said Kevin Hinrichs, AIA, LEED AP, President of Taylor Design. “It’s exciting to have him on board to accelerate our work in this market sector as we look to help our clients meet changing demands and expectations."
“Joining Taylor Design provides a unique opportunity for me to help develop a strong and cohesive team of science and technology designers across the firm,” Ceniceros said.
