IRVINE, CA — Taylor Design, an employee-owned architectural, interior design, and design strategy firm, was ranked first among architecture firms on the 2020 Best Firms To Work For Awards list, a competition honoring the creation of outstanding workplaces at architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting firms in the U.S. and Canada.

This marks the third consecutive year that Taylor Design has been ranked, and the second consecutive year it has been ranked first, among architecture firms on the Best Firms to Work For list. Firms were evaluated comprehensively on firm culture, workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, professional development, and more — from both management and staff perspective. Awards were given in multiple categories based on firm size and discipline.
