Based in the firm’s Irvine, California office, Tranbarger will now oversee the direction, management, and execution of significant multi-site retail, health care, industrial, commercial, and institutional project management assignments for JLL in the West Coast including ground up development, renovation, and tenant improvements. Additionally, he will aid in company growth and business development in the region.

Tranbarger spent 26 years in Asia Pacific, most recently with JLL, where he was responsible for growing the firm’s portfolio of retail clients across the design, project management, and construction fields. Previously, he served as Vice President, Global Store Development for DFS (an LVMH Group Company) followed by a stint of consulting with MAD Network, before joining JLL in Hong Kong.
