Koniarski Named Manager of Water Operations in Chicago for Stanley Consultants
Koniarski was most recently Engineering Manager for Horner & Shifrin in the firm’s Chicago office, responsible for business development and has also worked at Inframark, Newground Engineering and URS-AECOM during his career.
Koniarski’s role will be primarily technical support and project management, in addition to managing the Chicago water group and helping with business development. He reports to Water Operations Lead Jeff Decoteau based in New Orleans.
“Casey has quickly impacted our Chicago office. As a leader, he brings experience and know-how to our young staff,” Decoteau said. “Casey and his team will prove to be a valuable piece of the puzzle for municipal water and wastewater, as well as expanding our industrial water services.”
Stanley Consultants has water engineers in multiple disciplines in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Palm Beach, Salt Lake City, Denver, Muscatine, Baton Rouge and Minneapolis. Koniarski stressed that entire company resources can be brought to bear on a given project.
“Stanley Consultants expertise is not just in Chicago. With communications technology the team can be in any office. Clients are becoming that way as well,” he said, adding that Stanley Consultants will continue to embrace collaboration with other engineering firms, as it did with leading the multi-firm design team for the award-winning Morton Grove Niles water supply project in the northern Chicago suburbs.
