CHICAGO, IL — Heartland Paving Partners, a provider of commercial asphalt and concrete maintenance and repair services, announces that Dan Bresingham has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Bresingham brings more than two decades of experience leading large, field-based service organizations through growth, integration, and innovation. Most recently, he served as CEO of Everon, where he previously led the company as President under its former name, ADT Commercial. In that role, he oversaw a $1.5 billion business with 5,500 employees across 50 locations. Under his leadership, the company delivered strong revenue and EBITDA gains, completed more than 40 acquisitions, and achieved double-digit annual organic growth.

Bresingham earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and began his career in finance and consulting with Arthur Andersen and PwC. He later held executive roles at HSM Security, Stanley Security, Protection One, ADT, and Everon, where he developed expertise in private equity-backed environments and operational transformation.

Bresingham will be based at Heartland's Chicago, Illinois, headquarters and plans to spend time with teams across the platform during his first 90 days, focusing on listening, learning, and aligning around shared goals.
