Ryan Field will feature an open-air multi-level seating bowl, high-tech video and scoreboards, updated sound systems, administrative and event staff offices and lockers, broadcast facilities, and locker rooms. The facility will also serve as a venue for hosting community-oriented events and will include a community park and public greenspaces for residents to enjoy year-round.
The Turner-Walsh joint venture has recently completed demolition of the existing stadium to clear the way for the new Ryan Field. The groundbreaking ceremony celebrates the project moving into the construction phase as foundation preparation work commences.
The new Ryan Field will be designed and constructed to achieve LEED Gold-certified standards for sustainability, resulting in one of the most accessible stadiums in college football. The project is anticipated to be complete in 2026.
