“Kyle is an experienced and passionate construction professional with a proven track record of successfully securing profitable work by providing real value and service to our customers and collaborating with our operations managers to develop productivity measures and job specific means and methods to achieve our mutual goals,” said UPCO President Brian Arnold. “We knew he would be an ideal candidate for this new and very important leadership role at the company.”
With more than 20 years of experience estimating commercial and residential projects, Kyle was initially hired by Square UP Builders, a division of The UP Companies, in August 2019. As a Senior Estimator he was responsible for reviewing plans with the customer, developing project estimates, negotiating pricing and discounts with third party subcontractors, consolidating information into proposals for submission to clients, and supervising projects.
Kyle has a degree in public management from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.
As Square UP’s General Manager and member of UPCO’s Leadership Team, Paul plays a key role in the development of company strategic plans including Vision, Market Positioning, and Goals/Critical Success Factors. On a day-to-day basis he is focused on the implementation and successful execution of the supporting objectives necessary to accomplish these company plans and market position.

Paul has nearly 45 years of management experience, having previously worked as Director of Self Perform at PARIC Corporation and as General Manager at McBride and Son Companies. He has also served as Mayor of the City of O'Fallon, Missouri, for 10 years from 1995 to 2005 and previously served on the St. Louis Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship Board and St. Louis YouthBuild Leadership Steering Committee.
