Prior to accepting her role as President of Construction, Neely was a Vice President of Pre-Construction at Krusinski Construction Company. Sadowski also served as a Preconstruction Project Executive at Pepper Construction. Additionally, Neely spent over 10 years at Walsh Construction in project management and estimating. During her time at Walsh Construction, Neely was also selected to participate in the Walsh Group Leadership Initiative Program. Throughout her career, she has specialized in multifamily, hospitality, higher education, K-12, commercial, interiors, and industrial projects.
Neely has a Bachelor of Science in architecture from The University of Illinois and a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in civil engineering with a focus in construction management, also from The University of Illinois.
