"With strategic vision, a collaborative approach, and deep working knowledge of the markets we serve, [Haywood] will undoubtedly drive the division to even greater heights.”
Haywood leads the Central Division, which encompasses offices in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Iowa, and Nebraska. Most recently serving as HNTB’s Office Leader for the firm’s central and south Texas offices, Haywood began his career with HNTB in 2015.
Haywood has held multiple leadership roles in the public and private sector and has demonstrated a commitment to industry and community organizations throughout his career. He is an active member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar Heart of Texas Chapter, serving as a mentor for several years. Currently, Haywood serves on the executive committee and board of directors for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce as Vice-Chair for Regional Mobility.
As an engineering consultant to departments of transportation, transit agencies, airports, tolling authorities, and other public- and private-sector owners, HNTB is advancing on a strong growth trajectory. Slimp credits HNTB’s continued growth to its focus on clients and strong market conditions.
