ROSEMONT, IL — Principle Construction Corp. Founders and Owners Mark E. Augustyn and James A. Brucato announce the 20th anniversary of the firm. Augustyn and Brucato established the firm in 1999 to serve developers, REITs, brokerage firms and end users in the Chicago, Northwest Indiana and Southeast Wisconsin markets. Over its 20 years in the business, the firm has completed more than 15 million square feet of new construction and countless interior build-out projects valued at more than $500 million.

Over the past 20 years, Principle has expanded to build in a variety of asset classes, including office, manufacturing, distribution, food processing and healthcare. Principle’s focus on providing clients with innovative solutions has led to the team being recognized with awards and accolades.
