In addition to supporting the full project lifecycle, he drives strategic growth of WSP’s vertical transportation business and serves on the firm’s Northeast Transportation and Infrastructure business management team.

With more than 20 years of vertical transportation experience in manufacturing, construction, and engineering services, Yaghobi held numerous senior leadership positions. He worked on transit and rail, aviation, government, and building projects in Los Angeles, Boston, San Francisco, San Diego, Toronto, London, Kuwait, and United Arab Emirates.
Yaghobi earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and is a licensed elevator/escalator inspector from National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities.
