Chatterton will be responsible for managing the equipment inventory, working with Monroe’s CE Sales Director on policies and procedures to reduce turn-around time, and increasing the utilization of the equipment. After serving two enlistments in the United States Marine Corps, Chatterton began his career in 2012 working for a local construction equipment competitor. He brings over 10 years of industry experience in the rental equipment field, starting as a Rental Coordinator, then in inside sales, and most recently he spent five years as a Rental Manager.
Merritt will be responsible for simple laser setup for sitework and interior work, full machine automation from sonics reference sensors, and full 3D semi-autonomous machine control. He will be serving the western New York area and eventually reach into eastern New York and New England. Merritt's background has a foothold in both the design and build ends of the construction process. After graduating from RIT in 2015 with a degree in civil engineering technology, Merritt began his career in Rochester, New York, working in the coordinating side of the construction industry where he had his hands on everything from total stations, 3D laser scanners, and drones.
