“Jessica’s experience in identifying solutions to the complex challenges that arise with large-scale infrastructure projects such as the LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment will be an absolute value-add for the Port Authority as they work to modernize air travel and the passenger experience at JFK Airport,” said Stephen Dilts, HNTB New York Office Leader and Senior Vice President.
Before joining HNTB, Forse worked for another consulting firm overseeing large transportation infrastructure programs, including serving as Project Executive for the LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment Program. In that role, she was responsible for overall program management in coordination with the Executive Director of the PANYNJ.
Forse led a team that successfully developed and implemented extensive traffic management solutions to address public feedback and mitigate impacts to crucial ongoing airport operations. Prior to that, Forse was Project Director for the World Trade Center Streets Program, which re-established the New York City street system within the 25-acre World Trade Center site. She previously served as Stakeholder Coordinator and Deputy Design Manager for two construction packages for the California High Speed Rail Authority.
Forse is a Registered Professional Engineer. She earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Lafayette College.
