In that role, Bogle oversaw design of the Port Authority’s capital and operating projects to modernize, expand, maintain a state-of-good repair, improve customer experience, and ensure operational excellence at the Port Authority’s five metropolitan airports, two tunnels and four bridges, the PATH rail system, the Port Authority Bus Terminal, Ports facilities, and the World Trade Center Complex. Bogle regularly partnered with the Authority’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to provide technical assistance and training opportunities to historically underutilized businesses.
“Martha is the epitome of what we value at HNTB — a recognized leader in our industry and a visionary strategic thinker with enduring dedication to client service and delivery,” said Kevin R. Collins, New York Office Leader. “I am thrilled that Martha has chosen to return to HNTB, and I know she will have an immediate impact delivering for our clients.”
During her original tenure at HNTB, Bogle served as Deputy Project Manager for the firm’s general consulting engineering assignment for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, routinely engaging with the agency’s leadership and working on the agency’s strategic plan and the prioritization of their long-range capital improvement plan. She was the Structural Services Department Manager for HNTB’s New Jersey office and Project Manager for HNTB’s rapid response for the Delaware River Turnpike Bridge Emergency Repairs, a project to repair a full-depth fracture in the deck-truss top chord for the major connector bridge between the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Turnpikes.
Bogle holds a Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering from Lafayette College.
