VHB partnered with client, The Janus Property Company, to provide remedial action oversight and regulatory compliance through Site Investigation & Remediation services. The 11-story, transformational project combines the neighborhood’s industrial architecture with a creative spirit that will be attractive to innovative, academic, and creative tenants while celebrating Harlem’s commercial and cultural zone.
