"The completion of the Taystee Lab Building is a milestone in the next chapter of Harlem's rich history," Hochul said in a press release. "As we continue to build back from the pandemic, today's investments that support our life science infrastructure will ensure that we are better prepared, better equipped, and more resilient in the future."
VHB partnered with client, The Janus Property Company, to provide remedial action oversight and regulatory compliance through Site Investigation & Remediation services. The 11-story, transformational project combines the neighborhood’s industrial architecture with a creative spirit that will be attractive to innovative, academic, and creative tenants while celebrating Harlem’s commercial and cultural zone.
“We’re very proud for the new Taystee Lab Building to reach this monumental milestone and look forward to seeing how it will serve the next generation of research, innovation, and technology,” said Bryan Murty, Project Manager.
