Rand has nearly two decades of industry experience and a track record of leading complex projects ranging from fast-track renovations to large projects throughout the area. Rand first joined Consigli in 2006 and returned to Albany in 2013 to support the building of Consigli’s regional office. Her roles throughout her career with Consigli have contributed to driving growth for both the Albany and Pleasant Valley offices and the training and development of the project management department.

Rand has led successful projects in higher education, health care, K-12, residential, and hospitality markets, and has served clients such as Albany Medical Center, the Emma Willard School, Liberty Affordable Housing, Skidmore College, Saratoga Casino Hotel, and Union College. Additionally, she led the construction of the University at Albany, SUNY Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurship Complex.
Rand actively works to empower young women in the construction industry and leads Consigli’s community outreach and involvement efforts. She is also involved in the ACE Mentor Program, an organization designed to attract students to architecture, construction, and engineering careers to create a more equitable and diverse industry.
