Colello has been with HNTB for nine years and started as Transportation Department Manager for the Pennsylvania office. As he progressed in his career at HNTB, he became Deputy Office Leader. During his tenure, the Pennsylvania office saw triple-digit net revenue growth and increases in net earnings. His leadership was instrumental in implementing strategic plans to enhance employee retention and recruitment, and he successfully guided the development of the Mid-Atlantic Division strategic plan. Prior to joining HNTB, Colello spent 15 years as a Transportation Division Manager and a Senior Engineer for other consulting firms.

Colello received his Master of Science in water resources from Penn State University and Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Lehigh University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. He is a member and past President of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Philadelphia Section, and a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers and the Engineer’s Club of Philadelphia.
