He succeeds Jeff Peacock, who led the firm as CEO for nearly 15 years. Peacock has been appointed as Chair of the Parametrix Board of Directors and will remain actively involved in the firm, focusing on strategic growth initiatives.
Willis joined Parametrix in 2017 and served as Oregon and Southwest Washington Senior Vice President prior to being selected as President and CEO. He has over 28 years of experience in the architectural and engineering industry in a variety of leadership roles. Willis managed some of the region’s most significant infrastructure projects including the Interstate Bridge Replacement, TriMet’s Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail, and the Dreamlifter Operations Center for Boeing.

Austin Fisher, PE was also recently selected by Parametrix to serve as Vice President overseeing the Puget Sound region, which includes 330 staff providing multi-disciplinary engineering, planning, and environmental science services from offices in Seattle, Mukilteo, Bremerton, Puyallup, and Tacoma, Washington.
Fisher joined Parametrix in 2001 and has served in various roles from Project Engineer to Project Manager and most recently as Puget Sound Transportation Division Manager. He specializes in local agency transportation, pedestrian, and utility projects. Fisher has managed award-winning projects throughout the region and helped clients to secure grant funding.
In his new role, he will provide operational, client service, and business development leadership.
