Luangrath brings a history of operational, sales, and marketing experience to CEC. Paired with veteran leader Kelly Hicks and his 45 years of experience, Luangrath will provide additional strategic support for CEC’s projects. Luangrath’s first task will be guiding CEC’s Billings, Montana, operations — 44,000 addresses serviced through 500 miles of fiber-optic cable.
CEC’s infrastructure division regularly constructs long-haul communications networks for the telecom industry. Many of these projects bring high-speed internet to rural parts of America, helping to improve business and agriculture for thousands.
“Derek will hit the ground running. His long history of successful leadership shows that he’s more than up to this task,” CEC President Brad Smith said. “We’re excited to add his skills to our team.”
