Ostermiller comes to HNTB with nearly four decades of progressive experience in project and program management. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Senior Program Director for another consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Ostermiller worked for nine years in the Middle East and Asia.
Ostermiller earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Oregon State College. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado, designated design-build professional from the Design-Build Institute of America, and Certified Construction Manager from the Construction Management Association of America.
