“Junior comes to Sundt with a diverse skillset and experience,” said Scott Miller, Director of Operations and Support Services. “We’re thrilled to have his expertise leading equipment operations across Sundt’s western regions.”
Madrigal has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including service as Director and Instructor for a state accredited apprenticeship and training trust fund. Most recently, Madrigal spent 14 years in various roles overseeing equipment operations for a large national infrastructure contractor. Madrigal has experience as a Laborer, General Foreman, and Heavy Equipment Operator. He has also worked in heavy haul transport, as a Heavy Equipment Technician, Shop Manager, and as an Equipment Coordinator.
Sundt Construction, Inc. is one of the country’s largest general contractors. The 134-year-old firm specializes in transportation, industrial, building, concrete, and renewable power work and is owned entirely by its approximately 3,000-plus employees.
