Faber possesses significant design and construction experience in advanced treatment technologies including nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, microfiltration, and membrane bioreactors. He also has expertise in collaborative project delivery, including progressive design-build and construction manager at risk.
Throughout his career, Faber has been involved with numerous wastewater reuse projects across the country, including Orange County Water District’s Ground Water Replenishment System, City of Scottsdale Water Campus, City of Abilene’s Hamby Project, West Basin Municipal Water District, City of Oxnard, East Bay Municipal Water District, City of Morro Bay, City of Escondido, and City of San Diego’s Pure Water Project.

Faber received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
