Project Manager Gavin McAleese brings eight years of experience to the Sacramento team, primarily on projects in the K-12 market, commercial retail, and higher education. Previous projects include the San Juan Unified School District Greer Elementary School, and the Folsom Lake College Science Building. McAleese has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Regis University and a construction management certificate from the University of California, Davis.
Catherine Osborne joins as a Senior Project Superintendent in San Diego. Osborne has 22 years of experience in the construction industry and is a licensed general contractor and journeyman carpenter. She has worked on aviation, high-rise, hospitality, critical facilities, and specialty projects. Her most recent experience was on San Diego International Airport’s T1 Replacement Project.
Alejandro Carranza joins the Sacramento office as a Field Engineer supporting the preconstruction team. Carranza has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from California State University, Sacramento.
