LOS ANGELES, CA — Gilbane Building Company, a construction and facility management firm, announces Grady Ritua's appointment as Senior Project Executive in its Los Angeles, California, office.
Ritua brings nearly 25 years of construction industry experience, leading health care and education projects across Southern California, where he fosters partnerships with clients. He most recently served as a Project Director, successfully managing a portfolio of health care, education, and commercial projects valued at a total of $860 million. His achievements include leading the $280 million UCLA Neuropsychiatric Replacement Hospital and the $182 million UCI Center for Advanced Care projects in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area.

In his previous roles, Ritua demonstrated expertise in various project delivery methods, including design-build, progressive design-build, and construction manager at risk. His portfolio includes the completion of multiple OSHPD health care facilities, earning industry recognition.
Ritua holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering with an emphasis in building science from the University of Southern California and is a LEED-accredited professional with a specialty in building design and construction.
