SANTA ANA, CA — Eugenio Bonet, HNTB West/Northwest Divisions Operations Officer and Associate Vice President, has been named to the corporate advisory committee for Latinos in Transit (LIT). As a nonprofit, membership-based organization, LIT is committed to promoting the advancement of Latinos and other minorities in the transportation sector. Bonet joins other industry professionals to serve on the newly created corporate advisory committee, which supports the board of directors with key initiative implementation.

Eugenio’s involvement will support the advancement of LIT’s ongoing efforts to engage and promote Latinos into positions of influence,” said Wayne Feuerborn, HNTB West Division President. “His experience and passion for Latino advancement will have a meaningful contribution to accomplishing LIT’s important mission.”

Based in the firm’s Santa Ana office, Bonet leads the operations processes for the West/Northwest divisions in support of the annual strategic plan to achieve corporate growth for the region. He joined the firm’s Dallas office in 2005 and previously served as District Business Manager, Deputy Director and Project Controls lead for design-build projects across the firm.

LIT was founded in 2016 as a resource for Latinos and minorities in transportation professions. Members benefit from networking, mentorship, and support in reaching advancement goals.
