SAN DIEGO, CA — Sundt Construction added three new members to its Building Group team in California. Adam Lesley, Araceli Rowe, and Andrew Wojciechowski are based in Sundt’s San Diego, California, region.
Lesley, a Senior Superintendent, brings experience in managing field operations across large-scale construction projects. In his role, Lesley oversees onsite activities and provides leadership to the project team. Prior to joining Sundt, he held leadership positions including Field Operations Manager and General Superintendent on projects such as Sterling Bay’s $300 million Pacific Center, Healthpeak Properties’ $70 million Callan Ridge campus, and the $61.5 million Epstein Family Amphitheater at UC San Diego. His experience also includes projects for Gilead Sciences, Abbott Laboratories, and the $677 million Palomar Medical Center West.
Rowe joins as a Field Superintendent II, currently overseeing the work at Gompers Prepatory Academy, a school within the San Diego Unified School District. Rowe brings over a decade of multifaceted construction experience, having led major projects such as the $130 million Camino del Sur residential complex, the 455-unit Town & Country development, and the $275 million Park & Market high-rise in San Diego, California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the NewSchool of Architecture and Design and has expertise in field supervision, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance across complex, large-scale developments.
Sundt promoted Wojciechowski to Field Engineer after he completed an internship with Sundt. He is pursuing a master’s degree in civil engineering with a construction engineering focus from the University of Southern California and has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from San Diego State University.
