NAPA, CA — Broward Builders, Inc. announces the completion of the Napa County Replacement Detention Facility, a new facility that enhances public safety and modernizes correctional operations in Napa County, California. Awarded by the County of Napa, the $100 million project delivers a 109,302-square-foot facility with 332 beds, including 28 designated for medical and mental health needs, to better serve both inmates and staff.
Designed by Lionakis, Inc., the detention center sits on a 28.5-acre site and includes essential operational spaces such as a public lobby, intake and release areas, medical clinic, staff support facilities, and program spaces. The facility features eight 32-bed housing pods, two 24-bed dormitories, and one 28-bed mental health pod, along with a maintenance shop and secured vehicle sallyport. Additional support services include a full kitchen, laundry, and administrative offices.
