Donnelly brings versatility and a wealth of experience to Tarlton from his previous roles as a Project Engineer for a residential construction firm in Springfield, Missouri; office and field work in the industrial sector; and as a carpenter and laborer in commercial construction. He serves on Tarlton teams in the Concrete Restoration and Special Projects groups.
Donnelly’s current projects include the parking garage for Horseshoe St. Louis Casino and the renovation to the Penske Truck Leasing facility in Kansas City, Missouri.

Donnelly holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Missouri State University in Springfield.
