LITTLE ROCK, AR — The Leadership Arkansas Selection Committee has selected Garver's Transportation Team Leader Dustin Tackett, PE, for its Leadership Arkansas Class XIX.
Tackett joins a cohort of individuals from a diverse set of industries across the state for the 2024-2025 program. The members of Leadership Arkansas XIX are all leaders in their respective communities and industries and are committed to making Arkansas a better place to live and work.
“I firmly believe that it takes all of us — from every corner of the state — to help Arkansas thrive,” Tackett said. “Through this program, I look forward to fostering relationships with other community and state leaders so that we can work together to address our state's most pressing issues and ensure its success in the decades to come.”
In his almost two decades in the industry, Tackett has worked closely with state and local government clients including counties, municipalities, and Chambers of Commerce to deliver a range of infrastructure improvement projects throughout central and western Arkansas.
Since his college internship with Garver almost 20 years ago, he has risen through the Transportation Team’s ranks to his current leadership role. Now, he delivers Garver-led roadway projects for clients like the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). Working alongside ARDOT, this critical transportation infrastructure carries people and goods, which ultimately powers the local and state economy.
