JACKSON, MS — Neel-Schaffer announces that firm President and CEO Joey Hudnall, PE, was recently elected to a four-year term on the Board of Directors of the Madison County Business League and Foundation (MCBLF). Hudnall's election strengthens Neel-Schaffer’s commitment to Madison County, where the firm has played a critical role in shaping infrastructure and development.
The MCBLF works in partnership with the Madison County Economic Development Authority, bringing together public and private sectors to drive smart growth and development. Neel-Schaffer has two offices in Madison County, located in the cities of Madison and Ridgeland, Mississippi.
Neel-Schaffer has served as Engineer of Record for many key Madison County projects, including new wastewater facilities for the Amazon Data Center in Canton, the Nissan Manufacturing Plant, and the I-55 Nissan Parkway interchange. Other projects include the Nissan Logistics Center, all phases of the Renaissance at Colony Park Lifestyle Center, the Amazon Fulfillment Center Warehouse, roadway improvements on Gluckstadt Road, Bozeman Road, Hoy Road, and Highway 463, the Strawberry Bridge project, and several recreational projects (multi-use trails and sports complexes) that enhance the quality of life across Madison County.
Stan Wright, PE, of Neel-Schaffer recently completed a four-year term on the MCBLF, and Hudnall's election ensures Neel-Schaffer will continue its leadership and involvement in the organization.
