With almost three decades of human resources experience, Shaw brings broad knowledge from across the health care, banking, and construction industries. He also brings with him experience in talent acquisition, skills in building relationships that help drive business, and a passion for providing “best in class" services.
Shaw previously served as Kiewit Corporation’s Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, where he managed a team supporting over 28,000 employees geographically dispersed across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Under Shaw’s leadership, he directed the restructuring of human resources across the company to create a more efficient and effective HR model.

As Garver’s Chief People Officer, Shaw will be responsible for managing Garver’s health and retirement benefit programs, recruitment, learning and development, and wellness initiatives.

Shaw will be based in Garver’s Rogers, Arkansas, office and manage a team of human resources professionals who serve more than 1,000 employees across the United States.
