Chauvin's career spans a variety of roles where he has been instrumental in the planning, design, and implementation of ITS solutions across multiple states. He has extensive experience working with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LaDOTD), and his work has contributed to the modernization of transportation networks, improving traffic flow and safety for countless commuters.
In his new role at Neel-Schaffer, Clarke will leverage his extensive knowledge to lead projects that integrate technology into transportation systems for the LaDOTD and municipal clients. His focus will be on enhancing the capabilities of ITS and traffic signals, as well as providing insightful traffic studies that drive strategic improvements.

Clarke holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Louisiana State University.
