TULSA, OK — Warren CAT announces the promotion of Jeremy Mangrum to Machine Sales Representative. Mangrum has been with the company for over 20 years, and during that time he has created a work philosophy that revolves around his customers. He is a firm believer that when you take care of your customers, they also take care of you, and a relationship is formed. He said he values his team and is proud of his career at Warren CAT because it allowed him to start as a Mechanic and work his way to where he is today. His advice to others is to never forget how you got to where you are.

Hunter Polk and Jeremy Crouch were recently hired as Machine Sales Representatives for the Tulsa and Oklahoma City territories respectively. Polk’s favorite part about the job is meeting new people and building relationships. His favorite quote is, “Change your thoughts and you change the world.” It allows him to stay focused during challenges at work or his personal life. His advice to others is to prioritize and execute.

Crouch enjoys working and learning from customers and his team members alike. His favorite personal quote is by Theodore Roosevelt, “Knowing what is right doesn’t mean much unless you do what is right.” He said that is why his personal work philosophy is to focus on what needs to be done, and push himself to be determined and motivated in everything he does.
