The employees have built interstate highways, municipal streets and parking lots throughout the Midwest. Acquiring Chester Bross Construction Company will expand the ESS pavement preservation projects and diversify the services offered to clients.
Hutchens Construction Company
With over 100 employee-owners, Hutchens Construction Company brings over 50 years of experience in southwest Missouri, northwest Arkansas and northeast Oklahoma performing asphalt paving, chip seal, base rock installation and aggregate production. Like ESS, they are 100 percent employee owned. Partnering with Hutchens Construction provides ESS’s clients with expanded benefits including access to shared resources, execution of larger and more complex excavation capabilities, asphalt paving and concrete paving projects.
