In her new role, Mustar will support local managers in implementing and monitoring area operations including marketing, project services, quality, and client relations. She will also facilitate and encourage staff communication, training, and career development.
"I'm excited to collaborate with exceptional teams, gain insights into their objectives, and play a pivotal role in fostering growth and the successful delivery of projects," Mustar said.
During her HDR career, Mustar has held key roles such as Bridge Engineer, Project Manager, and Client Manager. Within the industry, she has worked on diverse portfolios including streetscapes, bridge replacements, and major interstate projects like the I-85/I-385 interchange. She most recently made a significant impact serving as Greenville Office Principal, spearheading the growth of that office from two employees to a team of 40.
