“Supporting our communities through the Sundt Foundation is at the core of our company’s purpose,” said Madison Jones, President of the Sundt Foundation. “Our employee-owners in the Southeast believe in giving back to the community where we live and work, and now that we’ve established an office there, it makes sense to bring the foundation to the region.”
The Sundt Foundation, established in 1999, allows its employee-owners to give back to the places where they live and work. Nonprofit recipients of grants are selected through an application process and reviewed by a committee of local Sundt employee-owners. To date, the foundation has contributed more than $11 million to nonprofits across the country.
“Our employees are passionate about contributing to our community,” said Andre Castaneda, Charlotte’s Sundt Foundation Board Member. “The Sundt Foundation will provide the conduit to reach those less fortunate in the region, and we are happy to make a difference.”
