“Zandra is a proven leader who understands how to model great leadership, address operational challenges, and put service and people at the heart of every decision,” said Chris Lester, HNTB’s Capital Region Office Leader.
After 20 years with NYCT, Ford joined the Maryland Transit Administration, where she served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer - Rail Operations. While at the MTA, Ford led a workforce of approximately 550 people in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient multimodal rail services throughout Baltimore.
